Three primary rules of cooperation and improvement in quality are:
- Mikatsu supports Universal Quality Control, TQC (Total Quality Control): all employees of the company are involved - both managers and factory workers - and represent a joint effort to improve production efficiency at all levels. These efforts are focused at meeting and exceeding such goals as overall quality improvement, cost reduction, supply discipline, labor development and designing a new products.
- Four times a year we request quarterly reports from distributors considering their warranty and non-warranty service requests statistics. Based on the results we gather after thorough analysis, we conduct a series of tests which allow us to detect failing parts and in some cases replace the current supplier, thus decreasing defect rate even more.
- We meticulously filter out unreliable manufacturers, and each next batch of motors becomes more and more successful in all aspects.
